"These innovative speakers from Poly-Planar have been designed specifically for the MRD60 stereo component system. When used with the MRR2 wireless remote control, you can control the volume, the source, the station, and even the power of your audio center by pointing a hand-held remote control directly at the speaker. Contained within the speaker is an infrared sensor that controls the MRD60, eliminating the need to go down below to change the station, adjust the sound, or cue up your favorite CD. The speakers have a low magnetic field and combine a midrange polycarbonate cone with a 1" mylar tweeter for full range frequency response. They handle 80 watts of peak power per pair (40 watts RMS). Included with each pair of speakers are two 10' audio speaker cables and an interface card. (Interface card requires IMR2 expansion port on MRD60). Two-year warranty."
