Simrad offers four power levels of radar antennas from 2 kW to 12 kW. Depending on the range you want, there’s an antenna for virtually every application. The new MVT mode allows viewing of two independent radar screens simultaneously. All of Simrad’s antennas use a high speed antenna rotation which produces a doubled update rate of the radar image (requires 24V DC power. See accessories for 12V to 24V adapter). This benefits the high speed craft of today by increasing the target update and rate thereby allowing early detection and tracking of high speed radar targets.
