The M-2A Gasoline Fume Detector features separate channel monitoring capability – ideal for the installation where a sensor is needed in two separate compartments. The M-2A sensors are calibrated to provide both a visual and audible alarm should fume buildup reach 16% to 20% LEL (lower explosive limit). This alarm level is high enough to eliminate most nuisance alarms but low enough to allow some time to take action. The M-2A also detects high concentrations of battery hydrogen or engine exhaust. The M-2A ships with a single plug-in sensor with 20 foot lead. The second channel sensor is optional. One-year warranty.
